Low Season: $225 (1 May - 30 September)
High Season: $335 (1 October - 30 April)
Please Note: All structures, including quantity and dimensions, must be detailed on your requested site map. Depending on your plans a Place of Public Entertainment Permit or Siting Approval may be required.
The following documentation is required in support of your Filming/ Photography Application;
1. Site Plan
2. Risk Management Plan
3. Emergency Management Plan
4. Public Liability Insurance - The Applicant is required to effect and maintain public liability insurance to the value of $20 million dollars in respect to any one activity or occurrence and must list ‘Mornington Peninsula Shire Council’ as an interested party.
5. Notification to be sent to businesses/residents (if applicable)
6. Traffic Management Plan (if applicable)
Supporting information, including forms and templates, can be found on our Shire website, under Planning an Event. If you have this documentation ready to go, please attach all items as per instructions below. Please note: Any missing information can be emailed to your Shire Liaison Officer, who will be in contact with you shortly after receiving this application.
Thank you for taking the time to fill out your Filming/Photography Form to this point. Your submission is almost complete. There are just a few steps left.
1) Press ‘Add to Cart’ at the bottom of this page. DO NOT press ‘Continue Shopping’ as you’ll be redirected and your information may be lost.
2) On the next screen then press ‘Process Payment’ even if your Application Fee Payable is $0.00 *(Note: This will be the final step for people not required to make a payment)
3) The Payment Method page will follow. Please click on ‘Visa or Mastercard’ then follow the prompts .DO NOT press ‘My Account’ as this is not needed.
Once the above steps are completed you will receive a receipt via email. A member of the Mornington Peninsula Shire team will then be in contact with you shortly, following their initial review of your Application. If your activity is cleared to proceed as intended you may be asked for additional event information, as appropriate.
